Orders and Shipping
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipping. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 6–10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Hawaii, or Alaska.
Will my items come in one package?
Items may arrive in separate packages depending on availability and warehouse locations.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order using the Track Order link on our website.
How do I create an account?
Click on the 'My Account' icon at the top right of the site and follow the prompts to register.
How do I change my shipping address?
Log in to your account, go to 'Account Settings,' and update your shipping information.
What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediately so we can update your information before it ships.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
We do not currently offer pre-orders. Please check back soon to see when the item is back in stock.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
We prioritize your privacy and do not store credit card information without your consent. You can choose to save your payment info at checkout for future orders.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. For full details, visit our Refunds and Returns Policy.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We never charge restocking fees for returns.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the mistake. Please contact us at support@buyngonow.com and we’ll sort it out quickly.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email us with photos of the damaged item at support@buyngonow.com. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
