Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the Continental United States only. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, diplomatic addresses, Hawaii, or Alaska.

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Future Expansion: We are exploring the possibility of expanding to other regions in the future.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: All orders ship free within the Continental U.S.
  • No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly shown at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days after shipping.
  • Total Delivery Time: From order to arrival, please allow 6–10 business days.
  • Notes: Delivery estimates may vary due to factors like weather or carrier delays.

We use trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, and UPS, all with tracking. Occasionally, alternative carriers may be used to ensure timely delivery.

Missing or Lost Items

  • Report Timeframe: If something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Resolution: We’ll review and resolve the issue quickly, and send a replacement or process a refund where applicable.

Returns Overview

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Return Shipping: If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees on any return.
  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return and will go back to the original payment method.

Return Delivery Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: No cost to the customer.
  • Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
